Days after a fragile ceasefire between Pakistan and India, civilians in Pakistan-administered Kashmir are returning to find their villages destroyed. Missile strikes across the Line of Control killed dozens and left homes in ruins. In the Neelum Valley, where the river marks the divide between India and Pakistan, many families are now homeless, with little aid reaching the remote region.
