Haiti food crisis: Gang violence and economic collapse are to blame

On Monday travellers from 12 countries will be barred from entering the United States, as part of President Donald Trump's travel ban. Among them will be people from Haiti. It's a country ravaged by gang violence, which, in turn, has been fuelling one of the world's worst hunger crises. The violence has uprooted over a million people. It's also left half of Haiti's population in desparate need for food.
