Israeli bombardment of Gaza continues, 24 killed as thousands of children face starvation

In Gaza, Israeli forces have continued the bombardment of the Strip, killing 24 Palestinians on Sunday. Al Jazeera’s Hind Khoudary reports from from Deir al Balah, in central Gaza. Gaza's health ministry says at least 3,500 children are on the brink of starvation, because of Israel's ongoing blockade of the strip. Meanwhile, Mohamad Elmasry, a Professor of Media Studies at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, joins Al Jazeera’s live and says the international community has failed to stop Israel from blocking crucial supplies from entering Gaza.
