Ukraine and Europe call for 30-day ceasefire, US backs plan to halt war

Ukrainian and European leaders, meeting in Kyiv, have jointly called for an unconditional 30-day ceasefire aimed at ending the war. The initiative has gained strong backing from US President Donald Trump, who participated in the talks by phone.
