Ukrainians and Russians express deep scepticism as new peace talks open in Turkiye

Even as the fighting continues and Russia claims territorial gains, officials from both countries say they'll attend a new round of peace talks in Istanbul on Monday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy maintains he doesn't believe Moscow is serious about ending the war.
