Venezuelans return home: Trump administration completes prisoner swap

In a major prisoner swap, the United States has secured the release of US citizens and residents held by Venezuelan authorities. They have been exchanged for more than 250 Venezuelan migrants the Trump administration had sent to a maximum-security prison in El Salvador earlier this year.
